The Vega test is used to establish food intolerances, environmental allergies and nutritional deficiencies of vitamins and minerals. A wide range of typical foods are tested by introducing homeopathic samples into a metal honeycomb. It enables an experienced practitioner to quickly obtain information by taking a measurement from an acupuncture point on the toe, so the results are instant. This is a non-invasive test, no needles are involved and is a very safe and effective way of testing for both children and adults.
